Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Shopyos account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete it in the app

Open the Shopyos app and log in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security.
Select the Data tab.
Under Danger Zone, tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Don't have the app anymore?

Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll process the request for you.

What happens after you request deletion

You're logged out of all devices immediately and can no longer sign in.
Your account is scheduled for permanent removal 7 days after the request, once any outstanding orders are settled.
You'll get an email and in-app confirmation when the request is received. Contact us before the 7 days are up if you change your mind.

Some records are kept longer where we're legally required to — order history for up to 3 years for accounting/tax purposes, and chat messages for 1 year after your last conversation. Everything else tied to your account is deleted.
